Refund Policy

Payments & Refund Policy (Digital Goods / Silk)

1) Final Sale

All payments are final. Because Silk and other digital goods are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we do not offer refunds except under the limited conditions in Section 2.

2) When a Refund May Be Approved (All Conditions Must Be Met)

A refund request may be approved only if ALL of the following are true:

  1. Full purchased Silk amount is still available on the account (unused and not transferred, traded, gifted, sold, or consumed).

  2. The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase time.

  3. The buyer has not opened any case/dispute/chargeback with PayPal, a bank, card issuer, or any payment provider (and has not escalated a claim through any third party).

If any of these conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.

3) Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), contact our support team and provide:

  • Transaction/Invoice ID

  • Account name / character name

  • Purchase time and amount

  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if requested)

We may require verification to confirm account ownership and that the Silk is fully intact.

4) Disputes, Chargebacks, and Fraud

Opening a dispute/chargeback is treated as a violation of our payment rules. If a dispute/chargeback is filed:

  • The payment is considered non-refundable through support, and

  • We may suspend or permanently restrict the account and remove any linked Silk/items to protect the server from fraud and chargeback losses.

5) Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility rules above, and

  • Refuse refunds in cases involving suspected abuse, fraud, policy circumvention, or unusual transaction risk.
